Molto semplice ed essenziale, AS SSD Benchmark è un interessante sistema di testing per i supporti allo stato solido. Una volta selezionato il drive da testare, è sufficiente premere il pulsante start.
 Dal menù tools possiamo selezionare una ulteriore modalità di test che simula la creazione di una ISO, l'avvio di un programma o il caricamento di un videogioco.

AS SSD Benchmark è uno dei test della nostra suite poco ottimizzati per le caratteristiche di compressione offerte dal controller SandForce, dal momento che usa rigorosamente pattern di dati non comprimibili.

In lettura sequenziale e nei test ad accesso casuale con file da 4K, entrambe le unità SSD si equivalgono con un leggero vantaggio per il disco da 240GB.

Il test di copia mostra un unico vantaggio tangibile per il Patriot WILDFIRE da 240GB nel test di trasferimento ISO: si presume che il maggior spazio di Overprovisioning di questa unità abbia influenzato in maniera positiva il risultato finale dello specifico test.

Entrambi i drive si sono rivelati molto veloci grazie all'eccellente efficienza del controller e delle NAND utilizzate.
