La scheda madre in questione è equipaggiata con il chipset Intel X58. Si tratta di una versione dedicata agli overclockers della già ottimamente dotata Asus P6T Deluxe. Ci sono alcune modifiche del layout come, ad esempio, l'aggiunta del joystick che permette il controllo in real time della frequenza del QPI.

- 16 phases for CPU
- 3 phases for QPI/VTT
- 3 phases for memory
- 3 st PCIEx 16X
- Crossfire/SLI: 3 way SLI, Quad-SLI, 3-way CFX Quad CFX
- Using all three slots it will be allocated like this: 16/8/8 pciex lanes
- ExtremeOC consists of TweakIT (same as on rampage extreme) and ProbeIT.
- ProbeIT makes it possible without soldering to measure different voltages with a multimeter (small connector will be included). To makes the readings more exact you can use the actual ground for the circuit.
