all'interno di questa nuova release (data rilascio 11 luglio) sono apparse delle righe di codice che riportano il nome di nuovi prodotti con GT200...

The Windows 177.89 Drivers available via the links below, released during Siggraph 2008, enable the latest features including OpenGL 3.0 support.

To enable/disable OpenGL 3.0 features, please use the latest nvemulate tool.
OpenGL 3.0 beta driver release notes

This driver is aimed at developers to start coding to the new OpenGL 3.0 and GLSL 1.30 features.
These features are not enabled by default. They can be enabled using the nvemulate utility, as described here: http://developer.nvidia.com/object/nvemulate.html

Note these are beta drivers , which have been released only for game devlopers so they might not be stable SO BEFORE SOMEONE POSTS I would like to advise stick with 177.83 WHQL for now.

con le ultime due release di driver , la 180.42 e 180.43 è stata introdotta una nuova versione del driver PhysX ma ci sono dei problemi a far riconoscere la ventola della vga a programmi come Riva Tuner e Precison (non a tutti però..).
Praticamente la gestione ventola della vga parte in automatico e non c'è verso di settarla manualmente .. gli siluppatori Evga sono al corrente di questo bug e promettono di risolvere la cosa già con la prossima release del Precision

Istruzioni per l’installazione:
Prima di installare i nuovi drivers, disinstallate i drivers precedenti tramite il pannello di Controllo di Windows.

• Dal menu Avvio > Pannello di Controllo > Aggiungi/Rimuovi Programmi
• Cercate "NVIDIA Windows Display Drivers" oppure "NVIDIA Display Drivers"
• Selezionate Rimuovi.

Nuove ed entusiasmanti funzionalità:

• Abilita l'accelerazione NVIDIA PhysX su una scheda grafica GeForce dedicata. Usate una scheda per la grafica e dedicate una scheda differente all'elaborazione PhysX per trasformare radicalmente gli effetti fisici di gioco. Altre informazioni qui. (Nota: GPU PhysX aggiunge il supporto per l’accelerazione a tutte le GPU GeForce Serie 8, 9 e 200 con una memoria grafica dedicata di 256 MB (minima). Questo pacchetto di driver installa automaticamente il software di sistema PhysX versione 8.10.13).
