ho riscontrato una anomalia installando i nuovi Forceware beta 180.42.
io con quei driver non riesco ad avere la gestione delle ventole della vga. quando accendi dà la "sgasata" poi si gestiscono in automatico..



ho anche provato ad editare il bios e mettere la gestione ventole da dimamico ad automatico (come ho sempre fatto), ma viaggiano sempre di suo. cambi driver e tutto torna a posto..
lo fà solo a mè?? ci ho litigato tutta la sera..

ho riscontrato una anomalia installando i nuovi Forceware beta 180.42.

confermo, io con i forceware v.180.42 non riesco ad avere la gestione delle ventole. l'unica utility che le riesce a riconoscere è Gpu-z che mi dà una percentuale del 40% a default e mi indica anche il regime di rotazione
ho provato a cambiare bios alla vga e con delle versioni di Ntune differenti ma sono proprio i 180.42 perchè cambiando di release al driver della vga tutto rientra nella norma.
lo fà solo sul 790i?? nessun altro ha riscontrato anomalie con questi driver?

facci sapere gerry..

a tè il pannello di controllo ESA funziona?? se installo la 6.03 non la posso nemmeno abilitare perchè nel pannello di controllo Nvidia manco appare..
di bios per questa scheda madre c'è solo la release on board vero??

SZ12 Updates:

• Updated CPU Microcode
• Fix error with profile saving

BIOS updating can be accomplished VIA the below methods:


FLOPPY Installation - Recommended installation method

• Download the following executable: E179_SZ12.exe
• Insert blank floppy disk into drive and run executable
• Restart machine, and set floppy as the primary boot device
• Press "Y" to program BIOS
• After flash, power off PC completely, on reboot load defaults in BIOS

CD/DVD Installation - Recommended installation method

• Download the following .iso file: E179_SZ12.iso
• Use a CD Burning software to burn the .iso image onto a blank CD (Nero, Alochol 120%, MagicISO etc.)
• Restart machine, and set the CD Drive as the primary boot device.
• The BIOS flash process will begin, Press “Y” to program BIOS.
• After flash remove the CD, power off PC Completely.
• Turn on the PC and load defaults in BIOS.

Windows Installation - Alternate installation method

• Before updating your BIOS, please load BIOS defaults by hitting the delete key during POST and select: “Load Defaults.” Now select “Save & Exit Setup.” After that has been completed please follow these instructions:
• Download nForce System Tools and E179_SZ12.bin
• Install nForce System Tools Suite and run the NVIDIA Update Utility
• Once Update Center opens, Check the box “Clear CMOS” and then hit apply at the bottom right hand corner
• Now select browse and locate E179_SZ12.bin
• Select load bios
• After update center finishes, completely shutdown your system
• Once the system is off, unplug your PSU and press the power button on the front of your case. (This will discharge the Motherboard.)
• Wait 30-60 seconds to turn on or plug in your PSU and start up your system.
• Press "Delete" to once again enter the BIOS, and load defaults. Save and exit; your system BIOS is now updated.

questo bios e per analogica ed ha un bug sul trfc delle ram lo fixa a 500 anche se tu lo setti a tuo piacere al riavvio lo riporta a 500.

2x 2GB di GSkill DDR3 PC3-12800 4GBPI Certificate 7-7-7-18 a 1600MHz con 1,9V

ciao,potrei fare 1 banalissima domanda?mi sapreste dire come installare win vista su un hdd velociraptor,qnd sata,con 1 evga 790i ftw?non riesco a capire xkè mi si blocchi il pc all'avvio del bios,attacco l'hdd ide e tutto va bene!

l'hd te lo dovrebbe riconoscere senza farci nulla.. l'hai formattato??
formatta l'hd, lascia collegato solo lui ed il cd-dvd d'installazione e vai di boot..

ho fatto come hai detto,ho staccato tutto floppy compreso,ma il pc senzail suo ide non parte!il display segna a seconda di come gli gira 25 o 75.....FF solo se attacco il benedetto ide...sono disperato.....
