    Direi che il problema non è li, sicuramente tra streamout e straming squeezelite continua a suonare la traccia precedente, dipende dalla dimensione dei buffer, ma 1/10 di secondo è troppo poco.

    Ma non ho capito bene i sintomi che accusi

    Praticamente se faccio conversione in wav, tra una traccia e l´altra c´é continuitá...
    in dsf invece c´é uno stacco tra le due tracce, tra l´altro il mio dac sia al rilascio che alla ripresa emette un tac (anche quando cambia frequenza ecc)..quindi al cambio di traccia ho una specie di pausa tra una traccia e l´altra evidenziata anche dallo tac-tac del dac...
    e non so se la accuso solo io o anche qualcun altro...Paolo????

    abilita il debug di output in squeezelite, da come la metti pare che faccia il doppio open/close della scheda audio, cosa che fa in alcuni particolari casi per evitare problemi diversi.

    Se non è così, prova a togliere il -C, se risolve, prova a rimetterlo con delay via via più lungo, fino a che non risolve.

    non necessariamente... con kernel precedenti funziona lo stesso, solo che - con alcuni DAC - si possono avere dei rumori più o meno fastidiosi al cambio traccia e/o all'avvio di una traccia.

    Nessun rumoraccio, anzi quello che dice Paolo secondo me (a parte con il kernel 4.10) é stato giá risolto con qualche patch che é stata applicata a squeezelite (Marco?).

    il rumore che dico io é "normale" é il relé del dac...

    comunque ho circoscritto il fatto...la cosa si verifica solo se porto avanti la "prima" traccia (verso la fine)...quindi é il riempimento del buffer..credo

    con wav probabilmente fa prima a ricevere i dati...non saprei

    il log di squeezelite...c é il play poi ho mandato avant e poi passa alla seconda traccia...

    Nessun rumoraccio, anzi quello che dice Paolo secondo me (a parte con il kernel 4.10) é stato giá risolto con qualche patch che é stata applicata a squeezelite (Marco?).

    il rumore che dico io é "normale" é il relé del dac...

    comunque ho circoscritto il fatto...la cosa si verifica solo se porto avanti la "prima" traccia (verso la fine)...quindi é il riempimento del buffer..credo

    con wav probabilmente fa prima a ricevere i dati...non saprei

    Non capisco bene:

    1. parti con DSD
    2. passi a FLAC
    3. ripassi a DSD

    poi:

    1. parti con ? (non si vede)
    2. passi a flac
    3. rimani in flac
    4. sei ancora in flac
    5. sempre in flac

    in cosa sono confrontabili le due situazioni? quando si verifica il rumore e quando no?

    Una differenza evidente è che nella sequenza 2, tutta flac, la scheda audio viene aperta 1 volta sola (quindi è gapeless).

    Nella prima viene aperta almeno 1 volta (giustamente) ad ogni cambio di formato, non ci può essere gapeless con cambio di formato, oltre a questo, la prima e seconda volta la apre 2 volte, la terza una volta sola e questo bisognerebbe indagarlo.

    Ma quando senti il rumore?

    Se solo alla transizione tra 2 e 3 nella prima sequenza, il problema è li.

    non necessariamente... con kernel precedenti funziona lo stesso, solo che - con alcuni DAC - si possono avere dei rumori più o meno fastidiosi al cambio traccia e/o all'avvio di una traccia.
