Desktop remoto da Mac a Windows

Salve, ho un pc dove gira windows server 2012. Vorrei accedere al desktop da un mac. Ci sono programmi specifici che consentono di farlo?
I due computer sono nella stessa rete domestica.

non avendo altre indicazioni, direi che tramite RDP dovresti poter fare un po tutto. Qui sotto, il link

Ciao in effetti è da dove ero partito ma windows server rifiuta la connessione e non ho trovato il modo di superare questo ostacolo. Pensavo che fosse perché server 2012 non è supportato, ma forse è solo un problema di autorizzazioni?
Questo il messaggio che ottengo: Impossibile per Connessione desktop remoto verificare l'identità del computer a cui si desidera eseguire la connessione.

il problema è dovuto a un certificato. La soluzione sarebbe lunga, per il momento prova ad operare sul client RDP:

Opzioni -> Avanzate -> Opzioni di Autenticazione -> Connetti sempre, anche se l'autenticazione fallisce

L'avevo già settato in questo modo ma non cambia.
Al momento sono riuscito con un altro programma, Cord.

Comunque il problema, come dicevo, è riferito al certificato X509 del Terminal Server del tuo Windows
Server 2012, che ha bisogno di essere aggiornato, come descritto nella knownledge base 329896:

La procedura è questa:

To resolve this issue, back up and then remove the X509 Certificate registry keys, restart the computer,
and then reactivate the Terminal Services Licensing server. To do this, follow these steps.

NOTE: Perform the following procedure on each of the terminal servers.

1. 
   
   • Make sure that the terminal server registry has been successfully backed up.
   • Start Registry Editor.
   • Locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TermService\Parameters
   • On the Registry menu, click Export Registry File.
   • Type exported-parameters in the File name box, and then clickSave.
     
     NOTE: If you have to restore this registry subkey in the future, double-click the Exported-parameters.reg file that you saved in this step.
   • Under the Parameters registry subkey, right-click each of the following values, clickDelete, and then click Yes to confirm the deletion:Certificate
     X509 Certificate
     X509 Certificate ID
   • Quit Registry Editor, and then restart the server.
   • Reactivate the Terminal Services Licensing server by using the Telephone connection method in the Licensing Wizard.
     
     NOTE: If you activate the Terminal Services Licensing server using the Telephone option, the licensing server uses a different form of certificate.

Sto provando perché vorrei comunque risolverla anche da questo lato. quando entro nel file di registro, alla cartella indicata, non trovo il certificato x509 ma solo (predefinito), ServiceDll, ServiceDllUnloadOnStop.
Niente altro. Ho verificato più volte di essere esattamente nella cartella Parameters all'interno dell'albero indicato.

Hai attivato in passato almeno una volta licenze Terminal Server tramite l'acquisto di CAL?
Se te lo dovessi chiedere, sono diverse da quelle concesse in uso unitamente al s.o.
