Niente RMA per rivenditori CELLSHOCK NON UFFICIALI

sorry - my italian speaking is too bad ... therefore I am writing in English (hope you don´t mind :-))

The reason why I am posting here is because Gennaro informed me today that there again offers from italian dealers which are not our partners.

Please be informed about our official partners for CellShock memories in Italy : Syspack and Tecnocomputer.
If there are new official partners in Italy for CellShock memories then we will make an announcement.

Please be advised that we are not going to support any RMA for modules that are bought in Italy at dealers which are not our official partners !!!!!
In case of RMA we will only accept if shipped with copy of purchase invoice.

Sorry to be rude here - it is the only chance to avoid stress with legal and regulatory systems. Thanks for understanding!

Last but not least :
we actually see big improvements in DDR3 chip technology. Our new 1600 & 1800 already represents new speed & latency.
it´s very likely that CellShock introduces more DDR3 products in near future. May you have seen already some reviews for our 1800 which show amazing results ... but -the real "monsters" are still in our hands.... hehehe !

I'm glad to see this explanation. It's the first of this kind of warning, and I hope that other companies follow this example.

dimenticavo, occhio anche ad alcuni pagliacci che trovate sui mercatini e su e-bay...

chiedete sempre la prova di acquisto e se avete dubbi scrivete una e-mail al supporto Cellshock...

Ringrazio anche io perche' finalmente vediamo un Brand attivo nella politica di protezione dei propri clienti e dei propri prodotti.

Segnalo inoltre che qualcuno ha anche scritto pubblicamente di aver ricevuto offerte molto buone da CellShock per l'acquisto di memorie DDR3. Pubblicizzando la cosa nel Suo forum ed a mezzo mailing.

Sottolineo che a quello shop, CellShock non ha MAI fatto quotazioni, non FA quotazioni, ne' MAI farà quotazioni per l'acquisto diretto dei propri prodotti.

A buon intenditor, poche parole!

Ci auguriamo quindi di vedere presto editato il testo di quel post. Con la cancellazione di quanto sopra.

Per quanto riguarda invece le mail inviate agli ignari clienti dello shop in questione penso che questo post sia sufficiente. Non credo di dover aggiungere altro.

questa è una considerazione qualunquistica perchè se il rivenditore non fa un prezzo onesto ci pensa la produttore ad intervenire, inoltre nessuna vieta agli utenti di comprare anche all' estero da rivenditori ufficiali che certo non fanno il dumping dei prezzi buttando l' IVA nel cesso come fanno molti shop on-line italiani, se ti fai una ricerca in rete prima di dare fiato alle trombe vedrai che su molti prodotti anche non quelli in questione, i prezzi dei rivenditori italiani seri sono quasi allineati a quelli tedeschi, ad esempio, considerando il diverso carico fiscale ....

qui in Italia c'è gente che pratica dei prezzi che nemmeno a Taiwan li trovi

lasciamo allora che la gente continui imperterrita a truffare lo stato e gli utenti...

ma via...

il fenomeno dei VAT PLAYER è tipicamente italiano perchè all' estero li acchiappano e buttano via le chiave...

LA GENTE DEVE PAGARE LE TASSE, ve lo volete mettere nella testa...

the real monster : we are actually thinking about which color for heatspreaders we should use. Red ? Blue ?

Maybe we should do the "scuderia"-edition with red HS...

PS : unfortunately I don´t understand when you are writing in italian language ... although I will spend my vacation in bella Italia .. hehe
